  Log into your Taramps account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments show no signs of wear or washing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
